PERMANENT STEEL CASING FOR DEEP FOUNDATIONS
ADMK® is a permanent corrugated steel casing for drilled-shaft foundations. Manufactured from galvanized steel sheet through a continuous cold helical-forming process, it stabilizes the excavation, prevents soil sloughing, and resists concrete leakage during placement. Its lightweight, high-strength design speeds up installation on highway, railway, infrastructure, and building projects. Available in diameters up to 120 in and standard 40 ft lengths, it meets AASHTO M36 and ASTM A760.
HELICALLY CORRUGATED STEEL PIPE
HLK® is a helically corrugated steel pipe designed for infrastructure applications that require high structural capacity and durability. As a flexible pipe, its strength comes from soil-pipe interaction, designed per AASHTO Section 12. It is available in diameters from 12 in to 144 in, 18 to 10 gauge, and 2-2/3 in × 1/2 in or 4-1/2 in × 1 in corrugation profiles. Galvanized, aluminized, or polymerized coatings deliver a service life of up to 100+ years. Meets AASHTO M36 and ASTM A760.
SEMI-SMOOTH HELICAL STEEL PIPE
FLONIK® is a semi-smooth helical steel pipe specifically designed for stormwater conveyance and underground drainage systems. Its 7-1/2 in × 3/4 in lock-seam profile delivers a Manning’s n of 0.012, combining high hydraulic performance with the structural strength of corrugated steel. Available in diameters from 18 in to 102 in in galvanized, aluminized, or polymerized steel and rated for H-20/H-25 live loads, it can achieve a service life exceeding 100 years with the appropriate coating.
HELICAL STEEL DRAIN PIPE WITH INTEGRATED GRATE
KLOVEN DRAIN® is a helical steel pipe with an integrated metal grate, specially designed for the efficient collection of stormwater runoff on high-traffic surfaces. It combines high hydraulic capacity with resistance to heavy vehicular loads, while the integrated grate helps prevent blockages and improves flow. Available in diameters from 12 in to 36 in, it is ideal for loading yards, parking lots, shopping centers, industrial parks, airports, roads, and highways.
STORMWATER MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
GREEN MGMT SYSTEM® is an underground stormwater management system built from helically corrugated aluminized and galvanized steel pipe. It captures the runoff generated during storm events, stores it for the design duration, and releases it in a controlled manner through a smaller-diameter outlet, helping prevent urban flooding. Configurable with manifold, pipe lines, manhole access, and controlled discharge pipe, it frees the surface for parking, roadways, or green areas and can promote infiltration when perforated pipe is used.
