TDR LINK® is a line of HDPE fittings used to connect and adapt corrugated HDPE drainage pipe into complete water-management systems. It includes couplings, reducers, tees, wyes, bends, and end caps for 4-inch through 60-inch pipe.
What are HDPE fittings used for?
HDPE fittings are used to join, branch, reduce, or change direction in HDPE pipe drainage systems. TDR LINK® HDPE fittings are fabricated from the same HDPE pipe to preserve system integrity and hydraulic performance in 4-inch through 60-inch lines.
What types of HDPE fittings are available?
Common HDPE fittings include couplings, reducers, tees, wyes, bends, and end caps. TDR LINK® offers 22.5, 30, 45 and 90 degree bends; reducing and standard wyes; reducing, cross and standard tees; eccentric and concentric reducers; couplings; and end caps.
What sizes does TDR LINK® come in?
TDR LINK® HDPE fittings are available for 4-inch through 60-inch (100–1500 mm) pipe.
What standards do TDR LINK® fittings meet?
They are made from HDPE meeting cell classification 435420C/E per ASTM D3350; 12-inch through 60-inch comply with NCLS per AASHTO M294 and ASTM F2306. Watertight joints meet ASTM D3212 with gaskets per ASTM F477.
Are TDR LINK® fittings watertight?
Yes. TDR LINK® fittings use bell-and-spigot, external snap, or split couplers and provide watertight joints tested to 10.8 psi per ASTM D3212.
Can I use any fittings with corrugated HDPE pipe?
For best performance, use fittings supplied or recommended by the pipe manufacturer. TDR LINK® HDPE fittings are engineered to match TDR ULTRA® corrugated HDPE pipe and preserve alignment and joint integrity.
