TDR provided 12-inch through 60-inch dual-wall HDPE pipe totaling 9,940 linear feet for the park’s high-capacity stormwater network.

Constellation Trade Center is a large-scale industrial development consisting of three buildings totaling roughly 798,470 square feet, developed by Constellation Real Estate Partners. Strategically located in El Paso—a key logistics hub for U.S.–Mexico trade—the project supports warehousing, distribution, and light industrial operations. El Paso’s position on the border makes uninterrupted distribution critical, so the infrastructure had to be built for continuous, all-weather operation from day one, including high-capacity stormwater drainage that performs reliably under heavy traffic.

The Challenge: Industrial-Scale Drainage
The development brought together several demands at once: coordinating infrastructure across multiple large buildings, managing high traffic flow for logistics and transportation, and ensuring efficient drainage and water management.
